New Analytics (conversion clarity, finally)

You can now clearly track conversions across Supaframe. See where your leads and customers are coming from, who filled out your contact form, booked a meeting, submitted a testimonial, or interacted with your widgets. You’ll know which websites and traffic sources bring the most visitors — and more importantly, which ones bring real conversions.

Analytics are available by country and even on a visual map. You can also see impressions, clicks, submissions, and conversion rates for each widget.

New Updates widget

You can now publish updates, announcements, news, or articles directly in Supaframe, with categories and clean presentation. The Updates widget can also be added to the Supaframe Floating Hub, so visitors can access updates alongside your chat, contact form, feedback, testimonials, and more — all from one floating button on your site.

New Feedback widget

Collect structured feedback from your customers, categorize it, and manage it on a roadmap. You can share your roadmap publicly, embed the feedback list or roadmap on your website, and let users upvote and comment with their email address. This makes it easy to see which features matter most, based on real feedback and upvotes.
